  1. When will my credit card be charged?
    • Once your credit card has been authorized, your charges will be processed immediately. Monthly membership fees are prepaid on the anniversary month and day of the original purchase date for service starting on the following month. Recurring charges will include monthly membership and any other authorized charges - and automatically charged to the credit card information entered.
  2. How do I know that you have received my order?
    • Once your credit card has been authorized, your order will automatically process and you will see a screen that shows your order as having been successfully processed. You will also receive an email confirming your order.
  3. What is the Poker VT cancellation and refund policy?
    • If you cancel your membership after purchasing access to the Poker VT content, your access to Poker VT will terminate at the end of your current month's billing period and your monthly billing will stop. All charges and fees are non-refundable.
  4. Do I have to worry about renewing my monthly membership each month?
    • No, we have made this an automated process, so you don't have to worry about making a new payment each month.
  5. If I cancel my membership at any time and then decide to re-join later, will I have to pay the setup fee again?
    • If you cancel your membership and then decide to re-join within 90 days, you will not have to pay another one-time enrollment fee and you will be allowed this option ONE TIME only. However after 90 days, you will have to enroll again as if you were a first-time customer. If you re-join within 90 days, please email Support@PokerVT.com and explain that you want to re-join within 90 days of previously cancelling. Let us know if you are using the same or a different credit card for billing and provide a phone number for a representative to contact you and help you reactivate your account and billing.

    • Log into your "My Account & Settings" page at PokerVT.com and click "Membership Info"; then click "Cancel My Account".

  1. Is my payment information secure?
    • YES.
      You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.

      In Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 and below, a solid padlock will appear on the bottom right of the screen when encryption is in use. For Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7, the padlock is at the top of the page, to the right of the address bar. To determine whether 40-bit or 128-bit encryption is in effect, open the document information page using File->Properties. This will indicate whether "weak" or "strong" encryption is in use.

      You can verify SSL security in Mozilla Firefox by displaying the Security tab under Tools -> Page Info from the Menu bar at the top of the browser.
